This error happens due to the changes introduced in Elementor, which now require an updated version of the Pro Radio theme and its associated plugins. Updating to Pro Radio 6.9.2 will fix this issue and ensure your website runs perfectly.

How to Update Pro Radio Theme and Plugins

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Backup Your Website Before proceeding with any update, we recommend creating a full backup of your website:
   • Use cPanel, UpdraftPlus, or a similar backup plugin.
   • Ensure both your database and files are backed up.
2. Update the Theme
   • Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • A notification for the Pro Radio update will appear at the top of your screen.
   • Click on “Go to Updates”.

1. Extend Your Support
   • Click on the blue notification link at the top of your admin dashboard.
   • You’ll be directed to the “Addons” page.
   • Choose your active service, select the correct license, and purchase the Pro Radio Updates and Support Addon.
2. Purchased for the Wrong License?
   • If you accidentally purchase the add-on for the wrong license, simply contact us:
     • Go to Support > Open Ticket.
     • Provide details about the correct website, and we’ll resolve it for you quickly.
3. Reactivating Suspended Services
   • If your license has been inactive for a while and is now suspended:
     • Go to Support > Open Ticket.
     • Choose General Inquiries and request reactivation.
   • We’ll reactivate your service within 24 hours or less, ensuring your website is back up and running smoothly.
